Eighteen-year-old Erika Saraceni is the main Italian protagonist at the Assoluto Challenge in Brescia, an athletics meeting which qualifies the top three in each race for the Italian Assoluti at the end of June scheduled in La Spezia. In the triple jump the very young Italian landed at 13.42, equaling her personal best and exceeding the thirteen meter mark for the first time this year, overtaken three times today by the Milanese. in the 100 meters Luca Antonio Cassano is the fastest with his season record of 10.35, among the women Alessandra Gasparelli from San Marino wins in 11.71. Alain Cavagna improves in the 5000m, finishing with a time of 13:53.79, the South Tyrolean Nathalie Kofler plants the flag in the pole vault at 4.20, while in the men’s triple jump, Simone Biasutti’s 16.17 is worth mentioning. In the shot put Vincenzo D’Agostino stopped at 18.95, while in the javelin Genet Galli, a young twenty year old, placed an excellent 49.08.
