What is prohibited:
Light open fires in the woods and within 100 meters of them, even in pastures.
Burn plant, agricultural and forestry residues.
Burn stubble and weeds, even uncultivated ones.
Light fireworks, launch rockets and flying lanterns less than 1 km from woods and pastures (unless otherwise granted).
Use engines or stoves that produce embers or sparks, flame or electric devices to cut metals, explode mines, smoke or carry out actions that could cause fires in the woods and pastures.
Parking vehicles on unpaved roads within wooded areas (except for service vehicles and agricultural activities).
What is required of the Municipalities:
Strengthen reconnaissance, surveillance, sighting and warning activities for forest fires.
Raise awareness among citizens, farmers and breeders about fire prevention.
Establish and update the register of areas affected by fire.
Draw up and update the civil protection plan against forest fires.
