The firefighters donate the funds raised in two events

The Lodi firefighters donate the funds raised in two events and the provincial commander Francesco Scrima thanks them publicly: “We support the rights of children, promoting the protection of safety, through moments of celebration and sport, which fuel the flame of solidarity and strengthen the relationships between us.” Two committees were involved, organizing the Befana day (for them there were the inspector Stefano Barbareschi and the department head Fabrizio Ceselli) and on 8 and 9 June, in Fombio, the first regional padel championship of the fire brigade of the fire (inspector Roberto Riseri and fire brigade coordinators Enrico Cappelletti and Stefano Carnevali). On both occasions, funds were raised and then donated to associations. “Both events were very successful and were open to citizens – recalled the commander –. I want to express my thanks to those who worked on these objectives”. The Epiphany funds went to Abio, directed by Maurizia Cambié, which cheers up children in hospital and to the Cooperativa Solco in Ravenna, for the damage caused by the 2023 flood (two checks of 500 euros each).
