Oil mill Bonolio – Contrada Bordea Sciacca (AG), Sicily
L’extra virgin olive oil it is an undisputed pillar of Italian culture and food, but current consumer trends make it necessary to reaffirm its values linked to Italianness and territory.
The event aims to give managers of Italian large-scale retail trade (GDO) a new awareness of the potential of extra virgin olive oil (EVO), adequately valorising the product and implementing strategies to make the department or display clearer, readable and articulated, to involve the consumer and encourage more informed purchases.
During the event the results of three dedicated searchestogether with the testimonies of product experts and discussions with large-scale retail trade, in order to inform, raise awareness and enhance EVO oil as an important asset of the Italian agri-food system.
