DEGASPERI (WAVE) – QUESTION * COMPATIBILITY: «DOES THE PRESIDENT OF CORECOM BERTOLINI VOTE IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF BORGO LARES ON 17 MAY 2024, IS EVERYTHING REGULAR?»

Written question. Corecom and incompatibilities. With resolution of the Provincial Council n. 6 of 9 May 2024, Mr. was appointed as president of the Provincial Communications Committee (CORECOM). Roberto Bertolini, with entry into office starting from the date of the provision for a duration of 5 years.

Considering that the position of member of the committee should be incompatible with the positions or conditions listed in article 4 of Provincial Law no. 19 of 2005, including that of municipal councilor or municipal councillor, Mr Bertolini, as councilor of the municipality of Borgo Lares should have resigned from this position.

The writer, however, understands that he resigned only on May 22nd and that he participated in the Borgo Lares municipal council meeting on May 17th, assuming the presidency of the meeting, and voted for the approval of the variation to the General Regulatory Plan.

Having said all this, the Provincial Council is asked to find out

whether he is aware of the situation described in the introduction and what actions he intends to take to verify the existence of the incompatibility and consequently the validity of the approved resolution.
