Laigueglia (SV)
Temporary and partial anticyclonic consolidation which will tend to end in our region, tomorrow cooler and wetter currents will arrive which may also cause instability in Liguria.
Today’s day opened with extensive cloud cover over the entire regional territory, in this case, unlike what happened in recent days, these are medium-high cloud bodies and with only some local maritime thickening.
Minimum temperatures decreased slightly near the ground, while they increased further at altitude. Along the coast we find morning values between +15°C and +20°C, while in the hinterland between +8°C and +17°C. The presence of the anticyclonic structure is demonstrated by the minimum temperatures recorded at altitude, for example the +13°C at 2065 meters of Rifugio La Terza (IM) and the +16°C at 1285 meters of Monte Beigua (SV) are notable. Here are the minimum values recorded in the four provincial capitals by our monitoring network:
- Genoa Castelletto:+19.4°C
- Savona: +18.9°C
- Imperia: +19.4°C
- La Spezia: +18.3°C
During the afternoon, medium-high clouds will continue to pass through, with the sun appearing at times as if it were behind frosted glass, but in the presence of more significant accumulations, some drizzle or local showers cannot be ruled out. Maximum temperatures are expected to increase, maximum peaks up to 27°C/28°C. Weak or at most moderate ventilation, mainly from the southern quadrants. Sea slightly rough, locally rough towards evening.
Good morning Liguria!
