Rome, a man asks a young student for directions, makes her get into the car and rapes her: arrested

The girl, thanks to the use of a well-known road map app, thus provided the information to the man who, taking advantage of the vehicular traffic behind him and showing his completely discharged cell phone, he opened the car door inviting her to get in to accompany him. The young woman, taken by surprise and seeing him in serious difficulty, got into the vehicle. The subject, once he left with the car, then asked the girl to make a call with her phone but, after making two unanswered phone calls, he kept her phone with him and began to make insistent advances towards her. .

The young woman, intimidated and scared, because the man had continued the march reaching an isolated area, unknown to her, was then forced to suffer violence. The man then returned her smartphone to the girl, accompanying her back near Villa Bonelli. The investigators, on the basis of the information and descriptions provided by the victim, carried out an intense investigation during which they also viewed the images of the city video surveillance system present on the route taken by the man. During the complaint, the police then showed her a photo album with some subjects resembling the one later recognized as the perpetrator of the crime of which she was the victim. The officers thus tracked down and identified the man, for whom, at the end of the ritual activities, the Judicial Authority subsequently ordered the application measure of precautionary custody in prison. In recent days, the agents of the State Police of the VII San Giovanni District have carried out an order implementing the precautionary measure in prison.
