This is the balance request for those who have requested First Aid to Citizens (Pac), from submit by MARCH 30, 2024.

In case of failure to report, the sums already obtained (i.e. the 3 thousand euros credited) will have to be returned to the Civil Protection Department and, in case of failure to repay, the sums will be registered. Furthermore, in the absence of the presentation of the report, the additional 2 thousand euros foreseen by the contribution will not be paid.

It is highly advisable for all those who already have the necessary documentation, proceed with the submission of the final payment request (B1) as soon as possiblein order to avoid congestion in the offices and consequently compromise the speed of disbursement of the balance and the conclusion of the procedure.

It is possible to deliver the balance request (Form B1) to the Urp of your municipality exclusively by appointment.

Each application must correspond to an appointment: those who must submit a balance request for several homes must book as many appointments as there are homes for which the balance is requested. It is not possible to book multiple appointments at the same time.

It is necessary to go to the counter with the balance request form B1 already completed in its entirety, with the photocopies of expense documents (invoices, receipts, receipts, etc.) And of theproof of payment (receipts, bank transfers, bank statements) and copy of the applicant’s identity document.

ATTENTION: The contribution must be fully accounted for by submitting supporting documentation of expenditure accompanied by proof of actual payment. Therefore, if you wish to receive the balance of 2,000 euros (all or only in part), in addition to the 3,000 euros deposit already received, spending documents must be presented which certify the use of the overall amount of the financial aid (up to maximum of 5,000 euros in total).

To request the flat rate of 750 euros (contribution expected for the appraisal), it is not necessary to present an invoice in advance.

The presentation of the B1 form and the related expense documentation it is mandatory for all those who have requested a deposit of 3,000 eurosregardless of whether the expenses incurred are higher or lower. If the expense incurred or deemed eligible is less than 3,000 euros, the excess sum must be repaid according to the methods that will be subsequently communicated.

The Union, with reference to the contributions granted, will proceed, on a sample basis, with subsequent checks, to verify the purpose and truthfulness of the supporting documentation of the expenditure attached to the request for the balance; if irregularities emerge and are not promptly remedied, without prejudice to the application of the criminal sanctions provided for in the event of false declarations, the entire contribution received must be returned.
