The public prosecutor of Agrigento, Elenia Manno, invoked in her indictment the sentencing of 26 suspects to sentences of between 6 and 14 months. As emerged from specific checks carried out in 2017, two buildings in via Coppi in Porto Empedocle were illegally connected to the water network. Furthermore, some apartments in the autonomous social housing institute were also occupied illegally. Defense arguments are scheduled from July 1st onwards. Then judge Rossella Ferraro will issue the sentence.
