Among the most anticipated events of the very hot gaming summer is undoubtedly the Xbox Games Showcase + [Redacted] Direct, a double appointment full of expectations which we will obviously follow live on Twitch: you will be with us, right?
If the move is made by a company like Microsoft, which after the purchasing campaign of recent years has become a true gaming giant, we cannot help but respond presently, for this reason we are ready to follow the double event live to enjoy every single announcement that the Redmond house and its studios have in store for all of us.
The Xbox Game Showcase starts at 7pm on Sunday 9 June 2024after which at its end the will immediately start [REDACTED] Direct, which no longer has anything mysterious about it: now even the stones that will host the presentation of the new Call of Duty know it. The event promises to be exciting, since Microsoft can count on a lot of studies at work. From Redmond they have already confirmed the participation of Activision, Blizzard, Bethesda and Xbox Game Studios, as well as some unspecified third-party studies. What games can we expect? First of all Avowed, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle, which have already been confirmed for 2024 and are just waiting to receive a precise launch date. According to Tom Warren of The Verge there will also be Gears 6 and State of Decay 3, while the [Redacted Direct] will give us the announcement of the new Call of Duty and, if all goes according to the rumors, also some COD on Game Pass. A recent rumor also spoke of the return of a beloved JRPG from the 360 era, making Lost Odyssey fans stand up, but there is no confirmation on this yet.
