Rabiot-Juventus, the wait is getting longer: the club is annoyed, a deadline is coming

The strong bond between Adrien Rabiot and Juventus is falling apart, perhaps irremediably. The club is annoyed by the indifference of the player, who has already received a proposal from a top player but has not yet given any sign of an approach. The Frenchman had promised clarity on his future before the European Championship, at Continassa they remained confident and went even further but – in the last few days – something has changed.

This is written by the online edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, according to which there is a key date beyond which the scenario could change completely: June 30th. If by next week the midfielder does not give positive indications on the possibility of remaining in the black and white, the club will feel free to move on to other objectives: they have already worked on some possibilities, but keeping Rabiot as the absolute priority to satisfy Thiago Motta. From July, however, it would be considered only a hypothesis on its own terms.

Juve presented Rabiot with a two-year offer with an option for the third year at 7 and a half million per season, which could increase with some easy bonuses. The Juventus club feels it has done the best it can, while the player could be distracted by other more attractive offers: Real Madrid or some other club willing to also pay the rich commissions to the mother-agent.
