Worker falls into the Adda river
Yet another accident at work occurred this morning, Friday 28 June, between Vaprio d’Adda e Trezzo on the Addain the province of Milano.
According to reports Ansaand worker 58 year old was working near the overpassA4 motorway when suddenly it is fell into the Adda River.

Missing worker, search underway
The investigations are underway on site. research of the worker missing after falling into the river, the firefighters of the Gorgonzola detachment, the teams of divers of Milan and the river Saf of Bergamo.
Search and rescue operations are made difficult by the strong current of the river.
The firefighters have requested a partial closure of the volume of water entering the river at the Concesa Adda dam, in order to allow for a more effective and safe search.
Falls while working on a canal
According to initial information, the worker was working on a spillway near the A4 overpass.
For reasons yet to be ascertained, he fell into the Adda from a height of several metres and disappeared into the river’s waters: he would not have been able to stay afloat due to the heavy equipment he was wearing.
