Milan, 7 June 2024 – Il Commander it’s ready, San Siro as well: from tonight at 8.30pm to Thursday 20 June the fans of Vasco Rossi they will take possession of the stadium which will become the singer’s temple for seven dates. The tour, which kicked off on June 1st and 2nd in Bibione, will wind through seven concerts in the most coveted stadium for Italian singers which has become an obligatory and habitual step for Vasco: with 36 concerts at San Siro, Vasco holds the dating record at the Meazza, becoming almost an adopted son of the Madonnina so much so as to be awarded the city parchment at the hands of Mayor Sala.

The seven dates at San Siro
Until June 20th the stadium will therefore be a question of “vascomani”, the fans who will be able to follow Vasco in seven events: as well as tonight Saturday 8th, Tuesday 11th, Wednesday 12th, Saturday 15th, Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th June before continuing and finishing the tour at San Nicola in Bari. Needless to say, tickets were taken by storm, confirming (once again) the enormous love for the rocker’s songs.

It is an overwhelming wave of emotions, which leaves you exhausted and happy” wrote the singer from Albachiara on Instagram. “My crew, la Blasco gang, has cast off its moorings. And are you ready to leave for this extraordinary journey?”

The surprise is around the corner and Vasco’s return to San Siro can offer unexpected songs and unique moments. While waiting to find out what he will give to the fans in the first of the seven Milanese evenings, two and a half hours of songs are almost certain, from historical songs from the past to the latest most recent works. How to reach it stadium with the different means of transport in the city? In subway take the red line MM1 and get off at Lotto or the lilac line M5 and get off at San Siro Stadio. In bus have line 49 from Piazza Tirana (direction San Siro), Via Harar stop; line 16 from Piazza Fontana (direction San Siro), stopping at the Piazzale Axum terminus. In train get off at Central station or P.ta Garibaldi or Lambrate then take the MM2 underground line towards Famagosta until the Cadorna FN stop. Then continue with the M1 metro line (red) to the Lotto stop.
From the Porta Genova station take the MM2 underground line towards Cologno – Gessate until the Cadorna FN stop. Then continue with the M1 metro line (red) to the Lotto stop.
In airplane: from Milan Linate take bus line 73 to San Babila M1. Then continue with the M1 underground line towards Rho Fiera Milano, and get off at the Lotto stop. From Milan Malpensa use the Malpensa Express train connection to Cadorna FN. Then continue with the M1 underground line towards Rho Fiera Milano, and get off at the Lotto stop. From Milan Orio Al Serio use the bus service to Milan Central Station. Then continue with the M2 metro line towards Famagosta, and get off at the Cairoli stop. The new rules imposed by the municipality to avoid inconvenience and traffic in the stadium area, they will affect the circulation of cars: it will not be possible travel by car from 12pm on the day of the concert until the end of the event. In the area adjacent to the stadium there will be vehicles for the removal of prohibited parking cars. From the prohibition residents, cars serving people with disabilities, taxis and NCCs are excluded. Also excluded are authorized car shops, bicycles and motorbikes, and vehicles headed towards private property. Cars headed for the car parks in via Tesio, Achille and piazzale dello Sport are also exempt from the ban, as are those headed for paid parking on the side carriageway of viale Caprilli and piazzale dello Sport.
In car, arriving from Turin (A4 motorway): after the barrier continue towards Venice until the junction for Milano Certosa; from here follow the signs for the stadium. Arriving from Bologna, Florence, Rome (A1 motorway): take the Tangenziale Ovest, exiting at the junction for State Road 11; from here you can easily reach the stadium. Coming from Bergamo, Verona, Venice, Udine (A4 motorways): after the Milano Est barrier, continue towards Turin until the junction for Milano Certosa; from here follow the signs for the stadium. Coming from Como, Lecco, Switzerland (A8 – A9 motorway): after the barrier continue towards Milano Certosa; from here follow the signs for the stadium.
It’s possible to park near the Lampugnano, Molino Dorino and De Angeli metro stops, widely served by public transport to reach the location.
