The funds raised during the “Make a change” event will be donated to purchase a medical device which will be donated to the Pisan hospital
PISA — Saturday 6th July from 7.30pm, Piazza Dante Alighieri, in the centre of San Miniatowill host “Make a Change”, a gala dinner, now in its seventh edition, organized by the International Senological Association of Pisa with the support of Confcommercio Province of Pisa.
The proceeds from the fundraising during the event will be used to purchase a medical device capable of optimizing the sterilization of operating rooms per l’Pisa hospital.
“Our association aims to promote the dignity of every individual and in particular to encourage the development of the condition of women – stated the president of the International Senological Association of Pisa Edna Ghobert – we collaborate with other associations at a national level with the aim of supporting and comforting women in the difficult journey they have to face after being diagnosed with breast cancer, in synergy with health workers in the
Clinical Center of Senology of the Santa Chiara Hospital in Pisa“.
“In addition to carrying out its role of representing companies, Confcommercio has the duty to take action to promote and raise awareness of extraordinary solidarity initiatives such as the one organized by the International Senological Association of Pisa – stated the general director of Confcommercio Province of Pisa Federico Pieragnoli – we invite everyone to participate and do their part to concretely support an important reality in our territory”.
