And it is with this aggravating circumstance that a 40-year-old from Alba Adriatica will go to trial for mistreatment of his wife, whom he allegedly beat several times in front of their two young children. In recent days the man was sent for trial by the preliminary hearing judge Lorenzo Prudenzano which accepted the request of the Prosecutor’s Office.
The woman, now ex-wife, who found the strength to report it thanks to the support of her family and some friends, took him to court. According to the prosecution, the events would have occurred during 2023 with the woman who on several occasions would have been mistreated and beaten by her husband. On some occasions real aggressions that would have also occurred in front of the children. In particular, the prosecution refers to an episode in which the man, returning home after work, at the end of a violent argument would have pushed the woman making her fall to the ground.(d.p.)
