As part of the activities of the Local Police of Napolithe officers checked above all the streets of the city’s nightlife, with particular reference to the Spanish Quarters.

In Via Speranzella, Vico Giardinetto, Vico Lungo Gelso, Vico 3 Re in Toledo. Some well-known public businesses were sanctioned for various violations: specifically, out of 15 businesses controlled, 38 fines were imposed for an amount equal to 17,000 euros with the closure of 3 businesses for which health and hygiene deficiencies were found.

The violations detected were the illegal occupation of land for the installation without authorization of tent structures, for installations of lights without authorization, for the music diffusion without complying with the requirements of the noise impact permit, for violation of the noise impact regulations, for illegal installation of advertising banners.

The agents of the Stella Operational Unit, of the Motorcyclists and of the Protection of Minors together with the personnel of the Carabinieri, intervened in the Stella District where they carried out a tight control of the territory, 41 vehicles were checked with 4 seizures and 2 administrative detentions, for driving without a helmet and without insurance coverage, for driving without a license; in addition, 2 licenses withdrawn and 4 other violations raised for failure to inspect the vehicle including one already suspended from circulation.
