Simone Godoli is the new president of the Lions Club Padusa for the year 2024/25 and takes over from Riccardo Severi. Last Thursday, June 27, at “Palazzo Manzoni” (S. Zaccaria – Ravenna), the traditional handover took place, during which the activities of the last year were discussed, aimed at children and young people, the environment, the fight against violence against women, diseases, the Food Bank and the delivery of the 19th guide dog for the blind and lastly the aid for the families affected by the recent flood. “Everything we have done is because we are Lions, because, being luckier than others, we have come together and strive to design solutions every day that can improve the lives of those most in need”. The event continued with the official investiture of the new president, who introduced the Board of Directors that will accompany him in his commitment. In his opening greeting, Simone Godoli placed the “Smile” at the center of the 24-25 year. The new board of directors is composed of Simone Godoli (President), Riccardo Severi (Past President), Andrea Meneghini (1st Vice President), Claudia Zignani (2nd Vice President), Andrea Bandini (Secretary), Carlo Simoncelli (Treasurer), Sergio Minghetti (Master of Ceremonies), Susanna Falzoni (GMT), Marco Ronchi (GST).
