Paid parking, traffic restrictions for horizontal road signs restoration
Starting from Monday 1st July, some works will be carried out throughout the city to restore horizontal road signs as a consequence of the reactivation of the paid parking service. These interventions will involve temporary limitations on parking and vehicle circulation to guarantee the safety of operators and road users.
The limitations will be made known through the installation of vertical mobile-based road signs, required by current legislation, by the company entrusted with the management of public paid parking, at least 48 hours before their effectiveness begins.
Schedule of works and traffic restrictions (from 7am until the end of the works)
Monday 1st July
- Piazza Diaz as a whole, from the intersection with Via Aldo Moro to the intersection with Via Alcide De Gasperi;
- former goods yard – former railway goods yard area inside the railway station;
- via A. Moro on the even street number side, from the intersection with via Arc. F.sco Petronelli up to the intersection with Piazza Diaz;
- via Vittorio Veneto, on both sides, in the section between the intersection with via A. Moro and via XXIV Maggio;
- via F. Petronelli on the even street number side, from the intersection with via A. Moro to the intersection with via A. de Gasperi;
- via A. De Gasperi on both sides, from the intersection with via M.llo Carlo De Trizio, up to the intersection with Piazza Vittorio Emanuele;
Tuesday 2 July
- Largo Caduti Battleship Rome;
- via MA De Leone (Italian Post Office);
- Piazza Margherita di Savoia stretch from the intersection with via MR Imbriani to the intersection with Corso Umberto (market area access area);
- Corso Umberto stretch from the intersection with Piazza Castello to the intersection with Via Porto;
- via Dante Alighieri from the intersection with Corso Umberto to number 20-36 of the aforementioned;
Wednesday 3 July – Eastern coast
- via Prussiano stretch from the intersection with via XXV Aprile to the intersection with via Ricasoli;
- via Cala Dell’Arciprete stretch from the intersection with via Prussiano to the intersection with via Ghandi;
- Republic Street;
Thursday 4th July – Western Coast
- Salpetre Street;
- Cala di Fano street;
- Conca Dei Monaci;
- Liberty Street;
- via V. Siciliani;
- via Carrara Salsello;
- via M. Dell’Olio;
Friday 5th July – Western Coast
