Also this year the city of Asti is ready to welcome, for its 27th edition, one of the most famous and anticipated festivals in Italy: AstimusicaThe events of the festival will be held from 11th to 17th July for the first time in Alfieri Square in Asti, bringing a touch of magic and music to the heart of the city. This year’s edition, promoted by the Municipality of Asti, with the artistic direction by Massimo Cotto, promises to be unforgettable, with a calendar of top-level artists who will perform live in the new location, which welcomes more audiences than previous editions. The opening of the festival is entrusted toJuly 11th a Max Angionithe comedian who is selling out shows all over Italy with his proverbial self-irony. July 12th will perform Gigi D’AlessioThe famous Neapolitan singer-songwriter will make Piazza Alfieri vibrate with his romantic melodies and his great hits. Francesco Renga e For them they will take the stage on July 13th uniting two of the most beloved voices in the Italian music scene. Mr. Rain il 15th of July will conquer the Asti audience with his unique style and an engaging performance. Francis DeGregori will perform with his band on July 16th bringing his timeless classics to the stage, in an evening dedicated to great authorial music. The rapper VillaBanks the festival will close on July 17 with his million-streamed hits, opening act The matador. The evenings will begin at 9.00 pm.
