PIZZIGHETTONE – Third consecutive outing at Basket Team Pizzighettone, which after the farewell of Jonathan Zampolli e Luca Giacomo Rinaldi, this time it’s the turn of Dario Boccasavia. Born in Cremona on 24 August 1998, a 197 cm strong forward, Boccasavia began his adventure in the 2015-2016 season with Vanoli Young Cremona with whom he contested the Serie C Silver championship and in which he played 22 games, closing the season with 258 points equal to an average of 11.7 points and a best score of 28 and at the same time he made 2 appearances in Serie A in the Vanoli shirt. The following year Dario follows the same path playing in Serie D with Vanoli Young where he collects 19 appearances with 343 final points equal to an average of 18.1 and a best score of 30 and in the meantime he scores his first points in Serie A with Vanoli team. In 2017-2018 he moved to Sansebasket Cremona where he played 30 games in the Serie C Gold championship, scoring 320 points equal to an average of 10.7 and a best score of 21, while the following season he returned to Vanoli Cremona. The following season he moved to Ju.Vi. Ferraroni Cremona with whom he competes in the Serie B championship and in which he collects 16 chips, scoring 23 points with an average of 1.4 points and a best score of 7. From 2020 to 2022 Boccasavia returns to Sansebasket for a couple of seasons with the which contests the Serie C Gold championship and due to various injuries he only plays 36 games scoring a total of 441 points equal to an average of 12.2. In the last two seasons he moved to Basket Team Pizzighettone and with the griffins he was the protagonist of the promotion to the Interregional Serie B two seasons ago and on the banks of the Adda he finished with a total of 291 points in 55 appearances on the pitch equal to an average of 5.3 points. In the last few hours, news has arrived that he has been requested by some teams playing in Serie B and Serie C.
