The investigations launched by the Fano Police Station into the theft of vehicle parts, which occurred on May 26, to the detriment of a high-powered car parked in a parking lot in the Sant’Orso district, continue.
In light of the serious indications of guilt gathered following further and in-depth investigations, the Public Prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Pesaro has requested the GIP to adopt a precautionary measure against a criminal resident in Puglia, under investigation for theft aggravated, recidivist and having serious indications of guilt against him, in addition to the risk of repeating the crime and being socially dangerous.
In recognition of the serious responsibilities of the subject, the GIP accepted the request and the police station staff carried out the order issued by the Judge against the suspect, with which the precautionary measure of the obligation to reside in the Municipality of Cerignola and the ban on leaving your home from 8pm to 6am every day.
