Record Edition Dinner on the Terrace Sold Out

“Even for our second edition (scheduled for Saturday 29 June, ndr) the available places have gone sold out in just a few days” – says the president of the provincial Confcommercio of Livorno Francesca Marcucci – Reservations have reached the maximum number of available places, even exceeding those of last year: a record edition that will allow 440 people to experience the beginning of summer in a magical and unique setting in the world for an event with timeless charm, a truly one-of-a-kind evening, capable of combining the taste of typical dishes with the extraordinary beauty of the panoramas Livorno”. President Francesca Marcucci concludes with a thought on the promotion of Livorno. “While we keep our fingers crossed that we will have a lovely evening, even amidst the last minute preparations we can only be proud of the amount of people who have called us from outside Livorno to book dinner. This initiative is having the response we had hoped for and imagined in the promotion of our city, and we are already thinking about 2025″. The director of Confcommercio Federico Pieragnoli would like to thank the sponsors of the evening but also all the organizations and individuals who contributed to the realization of this second edition. “Thanks to all the institutions and associations that believed in us: the Municipality of Livorno and the LEM for their patronage and support, the Palio Marinaro, which will make the meeting unique, the Tuscany Region and the Maremma and Tirreno Chamber of Commerce, which through the Vetrina Toscana program supports the short supply chain and local products, the Caritas Foundation, which has made the kitchens available for the preparation of the dishes, the Associazione Cuochi Livornesi, which this year too is supporting Catia Bonelli in creating the menu, the Fisar committee of Livorno, which will take care of the beverages”. Confcommercio also thanks the companies that, with their products, have made it possible to build a high-level menu. The Consortium of protection of Pane Toscano Dop and Il Vallino provide, respectively, bread and pasta, while the Le Colonne estate pays homage to the guests with white and red wine from Donoratico. A welcome glass will instead be accompanied by savory dishes from Panificio Burgalassi. The ammazzacaffè from I3Ponce will be with us again to close the dinner, while Lavazza will provide and prepare the coffee for the guests.
New entry and pride of Confcommercio is the celebrity of international pastry making Loretta Fanellawhich in addition to honoring Livorno as the location of its laboratory, will amaze with its surprise semifreddo. “But the evening,” adds Pieragnoli, “would not have been possible without the sponsors: the new partner of Confcommercio Livorno Scotti Audi and Scotti VolksWagen, present on the terrace also with cars on display, George Menaboni Srl and Generali Agenzia of via Cairoli Livorno, who supported us also in this edition”.
