The brand thus consolidates its expansion strategy, which in the territories already present is based on widespread distribution and customer loyalty thanks to openings in neighboring geographical areas.

With this new opening, Dispensa Emilia generates 20 new jobs in Turin, which are added to the other 16 already created in the city by the restaurant in the Lingotto Shopping Center just a few weeks ago.

Our goal is to offer our taste experience to an ever-larger clientele, which combines the goodness and variety of Emilian specialties prepared just like at home with the speed and practicality of the service.”

The new To Dream restaurant in Turin, which was inaugurated today, June 27th at 11am, is located at the entrance to the commercial park, with direct access from the car park and reserved parking spaces, and welcomes visitors with a large surface area of ​​360 meters paintings and 142 seats, in addition to another 80 seats in the covered outdoor area. Furthermore, like the other Dispensa Emilia restaurants with access from the road, it will have a parking area dedicated to APP&GO takeaways, for its App customers.

This will allow customers a quick stop when time is short, without queuing or entering the shopping area, even picking up takeaway orders to consume them comfortably at home. At the same time, the convenient location away from the chaos is perfect for a lunch break with colleagues if you work in the area, but also for a dinner with family or friends, perhaps after a long day of shopping. The restaurant will be open every day from 11am to 10.30pm.

Also at Torino To Dream, as in the other Dispensa Emilia restaurants in Italy, the Dispensa dishes are prepared “like at home” and the menu is rich and delicious.

The absolute protagonists are the tigelle, prepared according to a proprietary recipe, lactose-free and made of water, sourdough, extra virgin olive oil and a mix of flours. The tigelle are always served hot and crunchy in the traditional baskets to taste the best fillings: from the Classic to the Ortolane, from the Sfiziose to the Imperdibili, such as ‘la Tradizionale’ with chopped lard and parmesan, ‘la Bolognese’ with meat sauce or the ‘Baciami ancora’ with caramelized onions in balsamic vinegar. And since one leads to another, for those who use the App the tigelle can also be customized as desired by mixing the individual ingredients.

Together with the tigelle, the other protagonists in Dispensa are the delicious first courses of the Emilian tradition: the legendary tagliatelle with meat sauce, strozzapreti, gramigna, and also tortellini, pumpkin tortelloni, those with ricotta and spinach and of course lasagne, today vegetarian options also available. Always cooked fresh on the spot and seasoned with your choice of tasty Bolognese ragù, delicate parmesan cream, delicious parmesan with balsamic vinegar or simply with butter and sage.

The salads from the Pantry are also in great demand, even more so with the arrival of the warmer months. They are tasty, prepared with selected ingredients and always served with three fragrant tigelle. To be accompanied with a good glass of strictly Emilian Lambrusco DOC or IGP, and then conclude with the sweet note of a freshly prepared dessert or a tigella filled with pistachio, Nutella or ricotta cream and blueberry jam.
