Next year there could be two Espositos in Serie A. Yesterday we told you about an operation already started for Sebastiano Esposito at Empoli, with the final details only to be defined between Inter and the Tuscan club. But also Francesco Pio Esposito, his younger brother, could play in the top flight. In recent days there has been a strong survey (and even more) from Cagliari, but now it is Torino that is swooping on the attacker born in 2005.

According to what was written today by Tuttosport, Torino has started contacts with the Nerazzurri club for the Under 21 striker. The deal is possible, the right formula could be that of a loan with right of redemption, but Inter would like to keep the ‘repurchase’, i.e. the right of repurchase for a higher amount. Vagnati would prefer only the loan with right to not valorise a player on behalf of another team, but he cannot be too categorical on the subject given that Cagliari and Sampdoria are also on Pio Esposito’s trail.

Torino, however, would only delve deeper into Esposito’s discussion if he managed to dismiss him first Pietro Pellegri. For the latter, the Granata association paid out 4.5 million euros, pouring it into Monaco’s coffers, and would like to get back an investment that did not bring the desired results, also due to the boy’s physical condition.
