The Anti-Crime Division of the Bergamo Police Headquarters, as part of the daily analysis of reports from the police of the General Prevention Office, the Treviglio police station, the Flying Squad, as well as the other law enforcement agencies present in the Orobic territory, is continuing to issue personal interdictory prevention measures.
In particular, the Police Commissioner of the Province of Bergamo, on 24 June 2024, assessed the serious episode that occurred on 21 June 2024, for which the Carabinieri of the Dalmine station (BG) arrested IESF, an Egyptian, born in 1990, with police records for crimes of resistance and damage, since the offender, at the “Autobar”, located in Osio Sotto (BG) via Milano nr. 23, threatened the patrons of the club by brandishing a chain and damaged some cars parked nearby. The man also attacked, with kicks and punches, the soldiers who intervened following a report received by NUE/112.
For the fact, the Police Commissioner issued a Dacur Ex art. 13 bis of Legislative Decree no. 14/2017 and subsequent. mod. (also known as “Daspo Willy”), prohibiting the aforementioned from accessing or staying in the immediate vicinity of all public businesses and public entertainment venues located in the territory of the municipality of Osio Sotto (BG), with the exclusion of the hours between 08.00 :00 and 09:00, for exclusive lifestyle needs only.
In case of violation of the Prohibition, the violator will be reported to the competent Judicial Authority. The expected sanction is imprisonment from 1 to 3 years and a fine from 10,000 to 24,000 euros.
The typology of the atypical personal preventive prevention measure of the Dacur pursuant to art. 13 bis of Legislative Decree 14/2017, is aimed at protecting the safety of public establishments and public entertainment venues.
