Arezzo, 26 June 2024 – Sottosopra contemporary circus school in Arezzo, based in Via Pievan Landi 42 (San Marco-La Sella area), opens its summer centers in July and Augustin collaboration with Autismo
Arezzo, Nata Teatro and the “IV Novembre” school.
Summer in CIRCOlo, this is the name of the summer centers, will be active from Monday 8 July to Friday 30 August, with different activities every morning from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 to 13.00. Circus workshops, activities
mother of the association, will alternate with comics, sustainability education, theater and ceramics, for a complete and fun experience, ready to cheer up young people during the Arezzo summer.
Attendance can be booked week by week and for those with an ISEE of less than €20,000.00 the experience will be free.
The project aims to activate young people in every way. Not only the participants, there will also be volunteers present to support the activities, working as a team with the operators during the workshops. The team will be like this
complete and ready to cover everyone’s needs.
The whole project, with great enthusiasm by Simona Serafini, artistic director of Sottosopra, has attracted the attention of the Fondazione CR Firenze, through the call for proposals “E-state insieme” now in its sixth edition.
“Coming into contact with such an important Tuscan reality is a precious opportunity for us, which we hope will also be felt during the workshops and throughout the project period”, this is how Serafini celebrates
this newly born relationship. “The kids who participate will have the opportunity to test themselves with different experiences, bringing out their creativity and ability to express themselves. The work we do with young people always goes in the direction of giving them the tools to be active and responsible citizens.
Nobody excluded: every age sees its discoveries and has its responsibilities within the community and through the activities we carry out the children internalize it, with the hope (ours) of creating a society
