Like every year, on the day of the summer solstice, Carpi also hosted theInternational Yoga Day, a day consecrated by the United Nations to celebrate the practice of yoga around the world. Friday 21 June, the event organized by Health Club has transformed Carpi into an oasis of tranquility and serenity. At dawn, around eighty souls joined together, mat in hand and hearts full of enthusiasm, to take part in the free lessons.

Paola Ruggiero

The first light of day greeted the teacher Paola Ruggiero at the Officina del Movimento in via Rossini, where he led a series of Ashtanga Yoga starting from 6.15 am. At the same time, Sabine Jullion conducted a practice of Hatha Yoga in the enchanting setting of the Courtyard of Honor of Palazzo Pio, transforming the place into a temple of harmony and beauty. Health Club declares itself deeply satisfied with the participation and connection created. “The practice of yoga gives well-being to everyone, both those who practice regularly and those who approach this discipline for the first time,” confirm the instructors. Moving together to the rhythm of your breathing, immersed in collective energy, offers an experience of profound well-being and positivity.

Fabrizio
