Mayor Conti knows well the critical issues and shortcomings of services in the village of Coltano for which he is directly responsible and which cannot be taken away in the name of unspecified sources of financing as he knows well the development potential of the area in terms of valorisation of the natural reserve and of a model of sustainable agricultural and tourism development that we have outlined in the bottom-up planning in the “Coltano Rebirth” path carried out together with the Committee for the defense of Coltano and its residents. As the No Base Movement we have stopped the overbuilding and militarization initially planned for Coltano and we will continue to counter any attempt at further devastation and militarization of the Park.”
