Regione Lombardia announces that the work of migrating the SIUL regional system infrastructure to a Cloud environment (AWS) is currently underway, aimed at improving the quality of the services offered, adapting them to the latest technical standards.
To allow for the execution of the works and to ensure an optimal transition, services will be temporarily interrupted during the following periods:
• SIUL SAP and SIUL article 16: interruption from 8:00 pm on Thursday 4 July to 8:30 am on Tuesday 9 July 2024
• SIUL COB: interruption from 20:00 on Thursday 4 July to 14:00 on Tuesday 9 July 2024
Users of the SIUL COB application are reminded that, in cases of unavailability of the IT system, the transmission of the Mandatory Hiring Communications must be carried out via the UNIURG form available on the ministerial platform at https://couniurg.lavoro.gov.it
Please remember that the urgent communication must be sent within the day before the day of establishment of the employment relationship, and must be integrated with the sending of the Unified Lav within the first available day and in any case no later than 5 days from the establishment of the employment relationship.
As regards the communications of extension/transformation/cessation, it is possible to send the cob at the end of the malfunction period, downloading in any case from the “support” > “interruption log” section the information with the periods of interruption of the service, as justification for sending it after the deadline.
