Tonio Cartonio is married. Danilo Bertazzi, the actor who for years played the most famous character in the history of Italian children’s television, has tied the knot with his partner Roberto Nozza who reveals a not insignificant resemblance to actor Orlando Bloom. Just three photos that say it all, without a presentation comment: the happy smile of the two newlyweds, their parents next to them. The two were engaged for 12 years before taking the big step.
The moment of great joy was shared, as expected, on the artist’s personal profile – dressed in a white jacket and trousers – who recently returned to the forefront of the conversation after having revealed the real reasons that took him away from the set of the program La Melevisione, which he had shared with his colleagues since the first episode in 1999.

After him, in 2004, Lorenzo Branchetti took over as Milo Cotogno. Bertazzi revealed what happened behind the abandonment of Fantabosco only in 2024 in a video shared on Tik Tok: “Every time I see a meme with Tonio’s farewell to Melevisione I feel a little guilty. I will try to explain the real reason why I left the program, while keeping in mind that it was my decision to abandon Fantabosco” explained the Piedmontese actor, recounting the first problems: “In the meantime, I was pulled by the hair and had my first heart surgery. This changes your perspective on life and makes you think. I remember that I was in the hospital and I was worried about being replaced, about never coming back, I called the authors and the producer saying: ‘Don’t leave me at home’ “. Then the return, experienced with tension and a lot of stress: “I came back, but I wasn’t well. The authors invented a strange disease of the Fantabosco, so for a while I had the opportunity to lie in bed with my pajamas and covered. You must know that under my pajamas I had all the cannulas for the IVs that I did every day. My will was to come back for fear of being out of the program”.
Danilo Bertazzi then admitted to having had a major crisis, after the change of director, a cornerstone of the program with which an important synergy had been created: “I was losing the real me: at work, at home, around, everyone called me Tonio, in fact Tonio was taking over. So I tried to get my life back” explained Bertazzi, who thus arrived at the painful choice of leaving Melevisione: “I had no other job options. For more than two years I didn’t work, and so I paid for it. Then the hoax about my death came out and it wasn’t nice”.
