Legnano, 24 June 2024 – Going to the concert by train, forgetting the “bumps” with the car between queues and parking lots? Possible, with the offer set up by Trenordfor four of the most important events of Rugby Sound Festivalthe event scheduled in Legnano from 27 June to 13 July in the setting of Isola del Castello.
The ticket
Trenord has activated a special return ticket for the concerts of Subsonica (June 27), Placebo (July 1), Coez & Frah Quintale (July 3) and Deejay Time Celebration (July 13). The ticket, which costs 10 euros, allows you to reach Legnano from all over Lombardy with any Suburban or Regional Trenord train and to return traveling on special night trains organized for the returnwith destination Varese and Treviglio.
The stops
Special night trains for Varese stop at: Busto Arsizio, Gallarate, Cavaria, Albizzate, Castronno, Gazzada. Special night trains for Treviglio stop at: Canegrate, Parabiago, Vanzago, Rho, Rho Fiera Milano, Passante di Milano (Certosa, Villapizzone, Lancetti, Porta Garibaldi, Repubblica, Porta Venezia, Dateo, Porta Vittoria, Forlanini), Segrate, Pioltello, Vignate, Melzo, Pozzuolo , Trecella, Cassano d’Adda.
The ticket It can be purchased on the Trenord website while seats last. At the moment there are only twenty tickets for the journeys on Thursday 27th, the day of the Subsonica concert which will open the festival (here are the times). Tickets for the other three selected events will soon be on sale.
How to go to Legnano by train
You can reach Legnano station by train S5 suburban line Varese-Milano Passante-Treviglio, which stop at the Passante railway stations: Certosa, Villapizzone, Lancetti, Porta Garibaldi Passante, Repubblica, Porta Venezia, Dateo, Porta Vittoria, Forlanini.
It is also possible to reach Legnano using the RE5 regional lines Milan-Gallarate-Varese-Porto Ceresio, R23 Milan-Gallarate-Arona-Domodossola, R21 Milan-Gallarate-Luino. The main reference station for those leaving/returning from Milan is Porta Garibaldi (Pass-through for those using the S5 line, Superficie for those using the regional lines). Once you arrive in Legnano, the concert venue can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.
