In the regional regular season, the baby invicti finished in second place in the condominium with the GLS Napoli Lions behind the unbeaten league leaders Swim Academy Pagani (122 goals and 7/7 for the Liguoris). The debut saw the biancoblu hit 10-10 with owner Scotti Galletta’s Neapolitans then the tournament continued with the blitz (9-14) on the pitch Volturno and that of the “Scandone” (8-14) on theIschia Marine Club. Auditore Crotone And Sport Project Bari packing a very useful experience regardless of the results achieved, even more so if we consider that a large part of the Salerno team is made up of absolute debutants: “After previous experiences as a swimming instructor and multiple experiences in water polo as an athlete of the Arechi youth teams, I was entrusted by the company with the task of leading this Under 16 team made up of boys who started completely from scratch. – tells Barletta – We have integrated the staff with some boys who came on loan from Pol. Balnaea who we thank for their collaboration. This union of intent was fundamental for the growth of the boys. We undertook this journey with the awareness of having fun and gaining a lot of experience“.
There were many growth steps up until the trip to Palermo: “The first match which ended in a draw against Napoli Lions was also crucial for the group to break the ice and in my opinion it was also the most important match of the entire year because it dictated the timing and the beginning of this journey. The first 2 victories then increased our belief that we could work even better, do more and go and play the national stages with the help of mathematics.
