The National Italian Chefs team selects the best Italian chefs to encourage human turnover, but above all to discover new talents. Every four years, new elements are selected to continue to amaze, but above all to guarantee the successes that the national team has achieved since its first international appearance, leading the world. The same goes for the events that characterize the driving force of the dissemination of the Federation itself. Many competitors flocked to the selections which took place in Brescia.
