The Vivo Fest returns to Caserta for its seventh edition

The Vivo Fest returns to Caserta: everything is ready for the seventh edition of the musical-cultural festival curated by the artistic direction of Gennaro Vitrone. Together with him, in the STAFF of the Vivo Fest, the online portal Differentemente and the support of the Pro Loco of San Leucio. This year the festival will speak Neapolitan and will be even more linked to the territory. There will obviously be author music but also much more.

The Vivo Fest will be held on June 28, 2024, at 9 pm, at Il Cortile, via Galilei 24, Caserta.

It starts with Pierluigi Tortora who will propose a show dedicated to Raffaele Viviani, a journey between theater and music to let us meet this great author.

We continue with the journalist and writer Nadia Verdile who will present her book dedicated to a great female figure, the brigand Michelina Di Cesare. The readings will be entrusted to Chiara Vitrone.

Closing the evening, the folk band Sarràccussì. A fascinating journey, a contamination between folk, songwriting and popular music. The band is made up of Ernesto Orecchio, Pina Valentino and Donato Tartaglione. During the evening, a plaque will be awarded in memory of Pompeo Zitiello, producer and owner of the recording studio Po.Mi., who passed away a few years ago. His studio has been a point of reference and support for the majority of musicians from Caserta and beyond.

The motivation for the plaque award, which his daughter Cristina Zitiello will receive, was decided for the important contribution and the aggregation that he managed to achieve over the years of his activity.
