Last night, a young man of 25 yearsalready known to the police, he was the victim of an ambush while he was in the Salicelle district.
The 25 year old he told the officers of the State Police of the Afragola Commissariat who, while walking down the street, was approached by a car carrying unknown people. From the moving vehicle several gunshots were fired, one of which hit him in the ankle.
Immediately after the incident, an ambulance was called 118who transported the injured young man to the hospital Saint John of God of Frattamaggiore. Luckily, the 25-year-old’s condition is not critical and his life is not in danger. However, the episode immediately alerted the health authorities, who notified the police.
The agents of State Police they promptly intervened in the hospital to collect the young man’s testimony and start the investigation. The 25-year-old provided a version of events which is currently being examined by investigators.
