The electronic diary of the Modena registry office is renewed, adapting to the Agid (Agency for Digital Italy) guidelines and making it more intuitive for citizens to make an appointment directly from the Modena Municipality website (https://www.comune. modena.it/servizi/anagrafe-e-stato-civile).
With the new diary, with improved graphics, in fact, on each page relating to a service that can be booked online the user will find a ‘button’ that will allow him to connect directly to the diary of the specific service to book an appointment.
To allow data migration from the old to the new diary, from 1pm on Saturday 22nd June to Tuesday 25th it will not be possible to make appointments, while the service will be available again from Wednesday 27th June.
The service for urgent identity cards remains guaranteed in case of real and documented need, such as for imminent and documented trips abroad or for lack of another valid identification document and the need to have it for health reasons, for participation in tenders, contracts and public competitions, for theft or loss (only for adult citizens)
and for enrollment in schools or universities. Anyone who finds themselves in one of these situations can go directly to the information point of the central registry office in via Santi 40 with the necessary documentation. Emergency assessments are carried out every morning from 8.30 to 10 and on Thursday afternoons from 2 to 4.
