Doctor Claudio Vicini joins the new team of the mayor of Forlì, Gian Luca Zattini, free of charge. The mayor, fresh from victory in the first round of the last administrative elections, appointed him on Wednesday morning – in the presence of the general secretary of the Municipality of Forlì, Luca Uguccioni – as a trusted advisor with particular reference to the improvement and development of local health policies.
“With this provision we wanted to give a legal form to the role that Professor Vicini will play in the coming years. His gesture is a gesture of great generosity. His professionalism and experience are known to all, with a CV of international standing that very few can boast. His advice will be the additional weapon to address healthcare issues, which change at the speed of light and promise to be increasingly delicate and decisive for the stability of our community. Together, we will put all our best energies to the ground to resolve and address the many critical issues that have arisen after Covid. We will work in all ways and with all possible tools so that Forlì healthcare remains excellent at a national and international level. At a local level, the challenges of the new health center await us, the strengthening of the medical degree course in surgery, the reconstruction of a unitary plan around the Romagna Local Health Authority and the strengthening of the emergency room in Forlì.” So Gian Luca Zattini.
