The Pordenone Financial Police conducted the investigation and discovered the fraud of the man who had worked in three different institutions in three years. His modus operandi was always the same: after having responded to the call from the school as Ata, he showed up at the secretariat, signed the employment contract and after 3 days of service returned to his country of origin, in the province of Reggio Calabria, to carry out another work activity, sending false medical certificates, issued by compliant professionals.
In addition to allowing him to return home without undergoing a tax inspection, the certificates also allowed him to receive 100% of his salary while continuing to accumulate points for advancement in the ranking. The fraud system reconstructed by the Fiamme Gialle of the Pordenone Group lasted approximately three years during which the man, without any authorization, had also started the brokerage business in long-term car rental, moving to Italy and abroad. abroad. A search of his home, ordered by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Western Friuli, made it possible to find and seize, in addition to extensive documentation proving the double work carried out, also 300,000 euros in cash, believed to be proceeds from the activity carried out.
