Tonight, at 9.15pm (with free entry from 8.45pm), ‘Ho vide il mondondo – Il Racconto dell’alluvione’, the docufilm directed by Valerio Baroncini, deputy director of il Resto del Carlino, and Marco Santangelo, journalist, among the first to rush, in May 2023, to the places in Romagna most affected by the flood. The film is accompanied by the soundtrack by composer Marco Reno Solferini and was made with the support of the Bcc of Ravenna, Forlì and Imola.

An iconic photo by Stefano Tedioli was chosen for the poster of the docufilm, which went around the world as a symbol of the tragedy and at the same time of extraordinary solidarity. Two men who face the force of the water together to save themselves: they are Giacinto Bosi, 82 years old, and Giulio Nicolò, a carabiniere on duty in Faenza. After the sold-out tour in the cinemas of Bologna and Romagna, the documentary returns to theaters and stops in Carpi, where the directors Baroncini and Santangelo will be present at the screening.

Specifically, the vision in our city was realized thanks to the collaboration of the manager of Eden and the support of the Lions Club Carpi Host which allowed the evening to be free.
