There were moments of tension Milanduring the garrison of Coldiretti in front of the Region building to ask for more targeted policies for the protection of citizens and workers against the proliferation of wild boars: on the other side of the barricade there were the animal rights activists with a banner.

The first, with yellow uniforms and tractors, mobilized from north to south – a sit in was also organized in Cosenza – under the slogan “no more wild boars”. The intent is to urge the implementation of the measures contained in the interministerial decree for a strategic plan against uncontrolled wildlife.

The latter, with a completely different proposal, presented themselves with a large banner bearing the words: “The only harmful species is the human one. Get the guns off the boars“. The two sides, just a few meters apart, began to come alive. “Assholes, go to work!”, those from Coldiretti shouted.

The activists, on the other hand: “Who is destroying the world? The animals? No! We humans!”. The tension increased when a Coldiretti spokesperson approached the group of animal rights activists after saying several times: “Come here! Come here!”. The clash was averted by the intervention of others present.
