“SAVE-HOME DECREE:
FIRST REFLECTIONS, PROBLEM ASPECTS AND NEWS”
The conference will take place on Friday 21 June in Lecce, at the Leone di Messapia hotel “Home-saving decree: first reflections, problematic aspects and news” organized by the Provincial College of Surveyors and Graduate Surveyors of Lecce and aimed at professionals, public administrators, businesses and citizens.
The works will open at 9.30 with greetings from Luigi Ratano, president of the College of Surveyors of Lecce. Introduces and coordinates Pietro Nicolardi, administrative lawyer of the Lecce Court. Speakers: Stefano Lacatenaregional councilor delegated to Landscape and Urban Planning and expert in the subject, Sebastiano Cacciatoresecretary of the College of Surveyors of Lecce e Alessio Tesconi, councilor of the Surveyors College of La Spezia. Debate will follow.
“The so-called Save-the-Home Decree (DL no. 69/2024) has been in force since 30 May and represents a significant change to the building regulations”, underlines Luigi Ratano, president of the College of Surveyors of Lecce. “To delve deeper into all aspects of this innovation,” he continues, “we have organized a conference that will provide a complete overview of the regulations, analyzing the technical requirements, amnesty procedures and other structural changes. We will collect contributions and observations to deliver to our National Council of Surveyors in view of the last hearing of the technicians in the Chamber, on 25 June next, on the possible changes to be made to the provision when it is converted into law. It will be an important moment of discussion, as our professionals will be called upon to support citizens in managing the new procedures for the regularization of small building defects which affect over 80 percent of our real estate assets”.
