Traditional diocesan celebration for the parishes of Prato that offer the summer oratory experience. The appointment is for Friday 28 June, from 9 to 12.30, in the Galceti park. All participants in the parish Grest were invited to share a day of play and fun. Every year, at the end of the speakers’ activities, the Youth Ministry Office promotes this moment of meeting and sharing, in which, for some time now, the Csi of Prato has also collaborated. Seeing each other, meeting, finding one another, all in the name of joy is the aim of this morning: “Everyone has a wealth to give – says Don Marco Degli Angeli, head of the diocesan youth ministry of Prato – and it is always a joy to see the kids from different Grests who meet and rediscover friends from school or sport in this different context. They are surprised and happy.” The great vitality of the summer therefore finds its culmination in the Oratories’ Festival, although some grests will continue their activities in the following days. Special guests will be the bishop of Prato, Msgr. Giovanni Nerbini, who is visiting the various parish offices in recent days, and the new mayor Ilaria Bugetti.
