Howden, new headquarters in Bologna: Emilia Romagna crucial for the Broker – PLTV.it

Howden inaugurates its new office in Bologna tomorrowin the historic residence of Palazzo Castelli.

To welcome guests, among others, Federico Casini: CEO of the Italian branch of the international insurance broker, strongly rooted in the productive and commercial fabric of Emilia Romagna with offices also in Modena and Cesena.
In the region there are a total of 102 employees, around 2,500 customers and the business boasts strong multinational expertise, for a total turnover of over 14 million euros per year.

Howden landed in Italy in April 2021 and in just over 3 years it has experienced very rapid growth, also thanks to the acquisition of important national brokers and of young insurtech companies.
To date, it is the third largest brokerage and reinsurance company in our country with over 800 workers, a presence in 24 cities with 26 offices and a pro-forma turnover of 113 million: the objective is to achieve 190 million in revenues in 2027.
