“The universal civil service in the municipalities of Sicily”this is the title of the meeting which, organized by Anci Sicily in collaboration with Anci Lombardia, it will take place in person on Wednesday 19 June, from 10am to 1pm, (at the Anci Sicilia headquarters in via Roma, 19 – former Palazzo delle Ferrovie).
The meeting, which will see the participation of Mario Emanuele Alvanogeneral secretary of Anci Sicily, Onelia Rivoltahead of Civil Service Anci Lombardia e Sebastiano Megalecivil service representative of Anci Lombardia, is aimed at making the municipalities of Sicily aware of the methods of participation in the Universal Civil Service system.
The civil service is aimed at young people aged 18 to 29 and provides them with a commitment of 25 hours per week for one year in socio-educational, cultural, civil protection and environmental protection services. It represents an important opportunity both for young people who will have a real training and learning experience, and for municipalities who will have the opportunity to increase services aimed at citizens.
