Amirante, Bersaglieri-Pro loco twinning is a community pact

The alliance between the associations of Pordenone and Portomaggiore was signed today

Udine 16 June – “A ceremony full of meanings and emotions which highlighted how the twinning between the national association Bersaglieri of Pordenone, the Proloco of Pordenone and the respective realities of Portomaggiore (Ferrara) represents a unity of intent for carry forward, strengthen or rediscover the values ​​in which we recognize ourselves. An alliance that aims to be a beacon of reference in the communities in which the associations are inserted with particular attention to the world of youth”.

This was said by the regional councilor for Infrastructure and Territory, Cristina Amirante, on the sidelines of today’s twinning ceremony in the council room of the town hall in Pordenone. The event was preceded by the laying of a laurel wreath at the war memorial and the fanfare parade in Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

“What I signed today is an important signal of rediscovery of values” added Amirante recalling how the national association Bersaglieri of Pordenone is one of the most historic while the national association Bersaglieri of Portomaggiore is among the youngest. “The fighting organizations and the Pro Loco – concluded the representative of the Fedriga Council – are united by the same values, spirit of sacrifice, commitment, dedication, availability towards the community and today consolidate the will to continue in a collaboration in favor of society “.
