The “Sportello Energia & Condomini” portal is born to support citizens, professionals and businesses in the energy requalification of residential buildings, especially condominiums, in the province of Parma. This desk is part of the initiatives of the City Climate Contract for Parma Climate Neutral 2030, a path involving institutions, companies and citizens to achieve climate neutrality by 2030.
The portal responds to the need to adapt to the European “Green Homes” Directive (EPBD), which requires member states to reduce consumption and emissions from buildings by 2030, aiming for a zero-emission building stock by 2050. Parma yes is activated with this initiative to contribute to these objectives and support local policies. With a view to creating increasingly structured synergies between all operators in the area, numerous entities have contributed to the creation of the desk: ATES, ASIFOR, GreenApes, ANCI, Ricrediti, CNA Parma and the Order of Architects of Parma.

Collaboration between institutions, companies and citizens is essential to achieve the ambitious objectives of the City Climate Contract, and this desk will be a precious ally” comment Gianluca Borghi, Councilor for Environmental, Energy and Mobility Sustainability.
The portal offers free services, including:
- Financing of energy requalification: Advice to evaluate the most suitable financial instruments.
- Energy optimization with thermal imaging: Thermographic analysis to identify critical issues in the building and receive a report with recommendations for improving energy efficiency.
- Energy redevelopment of condominiums: Organization of information meetings for administrators and condominium owners on the phases of the efficiency improvement intervention.
In the Help Desk section, citizens can ask questions about legislation, incentives, energy communities and renewable sources. Furthermore, the “Discover the phases” section guides you step by step in the redevelopment process, with success stories and suggestions for sustainable behaviour.
Innovative free online training courses, organized in collaboration with experts and specialized institutes, are available for owners, professionals and businesses. The “Patto dei Condomini per il Clima” section offers a catalog of qualified businesses and professionals, ensuring transparency and reliability.
The Energy Help Desk & Condominiums project is part of EASIER, financed by the European LIFE program and coordinated by ATES, the Territorial Agency for Energy and Sustainability of Parma, with various local partners. In the coming months, the portal will be enriched with new testimonials, services, updated courses and public initiatives to raise awareness of energy requalification.
The desk will be available both online and in a physical space, at the DUC, in Largo Torello de Strada 11, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm.
