The weakest income groups can access incentives for domestic photovoltaic systems. 200 million euros to be spent by 2025. Of these 200 million 80% is destined for the Southern Regions where the phenomenon of energy poverty has worsened especially after the years of the pandemic. There are now millions of citizens who are unable to pay their bills regularly. The government also grants them the possibility of using energy renewable. They can do this until the end of 2025 for photovoltaic systems. It is a capital account loan for having a system for domestic use. Questions can be asked on the GSE website from 5 July. THE income requirements they concern families with an ISEE of less than 15 thousand euros or 30 thousand for families with at least four dependent children. The installation must be carried out by a registered company working in the applicant’s territory. A list is available by Region and Province called, in fact, “Register of Filmmakers”. It is a form of protection for the State which grants the contributions and which can verify the correct use of the money. We also add that the beneficiaries must have an electricity supply contract and the system must be owned new construction. As we know, the Basilicata Region already has a provision in place for those without methane gas. Combining the two incentives would allow less wealthy families to equip themselves with a photovoltaic system for free. If this is the case, it is important that the Region provides clarification on the matter.
