Today at 6.30pm, Stella Azzurra Roma and Raggisolaris Academy Faenza will compete for the scudetto, the last one for this season of National Finals, who today beat Novara (105-63) and Curtatone (62-49) respectively.

Raggisolaris Academy Faenza-Jbstings Curtatone 62-49
The first finalist of the weekend in Cecina is Raggisolaris Academy Faenza, which breaks Curtatone’s resistance at the end of a match always kept under control and which however at the end frightened for a few moments the many Romagna fans who came to the PalaPoggetto to support their team . Faenza took control already in the first quarter and went into halftime at +18: the maximum advantage arrived in the 32nd minute at 60-34 but the subsequent 15-0 partial put together by Curtatone did not serve to reopen the games (the reaction was too late) but at least it allowed JBStings to reduce an otherwise mortifying partial. For Faenza 19 points from Naccari and 12 from Chinellato, worth mentioning are the 24 rebounds captured by Ndiaye. For Curtatone, Miladinovic (16) and Bortolotto (14) scored in double figures.
Stella Azzurra Roma-Basket College Novara 105-63 (21-11; 32-9; 27-22; 25-21)
The second semi-final between Stella Azzurra Roma and Basket College Novara was without history, with the Romans who, as in the quarter-final won on their debut against Legnano, made the difference in the second quarter, which closed 32-9 to mark the 53-20 of the long interval which in fact already represents a sentence. With the courage that yesterday allowed it to overturn a practically compromised match against Oderzo, Novara continued to fight possession after possession without ever decreasing in intensity until the last ball, thus managing to keep the deficit around 30-35 for another 15 minutes points. For Basket College Novara 13 points from Fajri and 10 from Caligaris, for Stella Azzurra 22 points from Curbelo Mendieta, 18 from Aizpurs and Kolev, 11 for Santinon and 12 for D’Arcangeli.
