A finale with fireworks. Second and last day of applause for the 2024 edition of Firenze Rocks. At the Visarno Arena, as usual, four bands took turns on stage in addition to the traditional ‘warming up of the engines’ created by Virgin Radio and specifically with the duo Ringo and Toky who fired up the audience.

The Californian band Night Verses opened the dance at 4.30pm. The American band, which immediately shocked those present with its progressive metal, giving the audience an indelible experience, brought on stage some of its most famous songs such as Karma Wheel and Arrival.

After the Americans, just before 6pm it was the turn of one of the two ‘big names’ of the day: the Belgians of dEUS. The renowned Belgian band made its return to Italy after the memorable 2023 concert in Milan and did so in style. Together with some pieces from their “How To Replace It”, the latest album released last year, the Northern European band delighted those present with some of their best-known songs such as Little Arithmetics and The Architect, providing an eclectic and unmistakable show.

Then it was the British band The Struts, known for their imposing stage presence, who attracted the attention of those present. From Pretty Vicious to Could Have Been Me to the inevitable Too Good at Raising, the performance of the UK band paved the way for the big highlight of the evening, namely Tool.

In fact, at 9.30 pm sharp, the historic American band – avant-garde of world progressive metal – brought its grandiose show to the Visarno Arena in its only Italian stage. Among lights and sounds that amazed those present, the band played among others its Descending, Schism, Ænema
and Lateralus, giving around two hours of top-notch music to all those present, who left with a smile on their lips and… in their ears.
