The Carabinieri of Giulianova placed a 39-year-old local man under house arrest on the orders of the Court of Teramo, for multiple violations of the ban on approaching the offended party. Specifically, the man had been removed from the family home for mistreatment of his 34-year-old wife.
In Roseto degli Abruzzi the Carabinieri subjected a 62-year-old man to house detention, on the orders of the Surveillance Court of L’Aquila, having to serve 9 months in prison for the crime of simple bankruptcy. As part of the checks, the Carabinieri of Bellante carried out an order of removal from the family home and ban on approaching the offended party against a 51-year-old, for the repeated mistreatment of his 50-year-old wife.
At Controguerra the Carabinieri of the Corropoli station sent a 58-year-old to prison because he violated the alternative measure to detention to which he was subjected several times. The measure was issued by the Pescara Surveillance Office.
In Giulianova the police caught a 42-year-old, subjected to the oral warning prevention measure, driving a car even though he did not have a driving license, which was revoked. The car was seized and the man was referred, in a state of freedom, for driving without a license with recidivism of a person subjected to personal prevention measures.
